YELLOW PEACHES

Yellow (semi-freestone) peaches are great for fresh eating & baking, but not recommended for canning (because they’re semi-freestone).

Yellow (freestone) peaches are ideal for canning baking & fresh eating. AN ALL AROUND WONDERFUL PEACH!

white peaches

Due to their low acidity content, white peaches (both early/semi-freestone) and regular season (freestone) have an amazing sweet flavor for fresh eating, but aren’t used for baking.

Their flesh is very soft, preventing them from holding up during baking.

donut peaches

The perfect “pick up and go” peach. SWEET! JUICY! GREAT FOR FRESH EATING!
